Academy of Learning Establishes National Learning Schools with SAR 10 Million Capital

The Academy of Learning announced on Monday that it has completed the procedures for establishing its subsidiary, “National Learning Schools,” a wholly-owned limited liability company with a capital of SAR 10 million.

According to a statement released by the company, the new subsidiary will focus on establishing, operating, and acquiring schools within the private and international education sectors. This decision leverages the Academy of Learning’s extensive educational and training expertise, built over the past 20 years. The schools will be developed using the company’s resources and external financing.

This move follows the company’s previous announcement on May 19, 2024, regarding the board of directors’ approval to establish a subsidiary.
