Under Patronage of Energy Ministry, Circle K Signs Agreement with Alsulaiman Group to Open Gas Stations in Saudi Arabia

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy, Circle K signed an agreement today with the Alsulaiman Group to launch a chain of gas stations bearing the Circle K brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This step is part of the Ministry of Energy’s efforts to develop the service centers and gas stations sector by attracting major global companies to invest in it through the development of transformative policies and programs aimed at achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Circle K, founded in 1951 in Texas, USA, is one of the world’s leading companies in the retail and gas station business. It operates in 31 countries and regions around the world and manages and operates more than 13,000 gas stations.

The Alsulaiman Group, on the other hand, is one of the leading Saudi groups investing in the retail, logistics, technology, and real estate development sectors. It has several companies in its portfolio, including small retail stores under the Circle K brand.

The Ministry of Energy’s plans aim to achieve development in the quality and efficiency of services provided at gas stations across the Kingdom to ensure the provision of a modern and advanced infrastructure that meets the needs and aspirations of users and aligns with the highest global safety standards, contributing to achieving excellence in this sector.
