Tabuk Agricultural Appoints Sami Al-Babtain as Chairman of Audit Committee

Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announced on Thursday the Board of Directors’ decision (by circulation) regarding the formation of the Audit Committee for the new session of the Board, which begins on July 1, 2024, and runs for three years, ending on June 30, 2027. The committee members are:
1. Mr. Sami Ahmed Sulaiman Al-Babtain – Independent Board Member (Chairman of the Committee).
2. Dr. Almutasembilla Zaki Allam – Non-Executive Board Member (Committee Member).
3. Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim A. Alsunadi – A member from outside of the Board (Committee Member)
