Sure Global Tech. Co. Appoints Naif Saad Algarni as Audit Committee Member

Sure Global Tech. Co. announced on Thursday that its Board of Directors, through a circulated decision, has appointed Mr. Naif Saad Algarni as a member of the Audit Committee. He succeeds Mr. Muhammad Azzam Al-Shuwaier, who resigned, and will serve for the remainder of the current session of the Committee and the Board of Directors, ending on September 10, 2025.

Mr. Algarni joins the Audit Committee as an external member, bringing his expertise to oversee financial reporting and compliance within the company.
