Saeed Al Ghamdi Appointed Chairman of Jabal Omar BOD; Thaleb Alshamrani Named Deputy Chairman

Jabal Omar Development Company announced on Monday the appointment of Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Thaleb Ali Alshamrani as Vice Chairman.

This decision follows the 14th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Jabal Omar Development Company, held on Sunday, June 9, 2024, which included the election of the Board of Directors for the term starting June 30, 2024, and ending June 29, 2028. The newly appointed board members are Khaled Saleh Alkhattaf, Saleh Muqbel Al-Khalaf, and Sulaiman Mohammed Al-Quhaidan.
