“Raoom” distributes 4.6 million riyals in cash dividends for the second quarter

Raoom Trading Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 4.6 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024, equivalent to 7.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 6.2 million shares, at 0.75 riyals per share, with the distribution to take place on August 14, 2024.

The eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who own shares on August 1, 2024.
