Jahez Announces Opening of Nominations for Board Membership

Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (Jahez) announced on Monday the opening of nominations for its upcoming Board of Directors membership, which will commence on December 17, 2024, for a period of four Gregorian years.

Eligible candidates who meet the conditions and criteria for Board membership must submit their applications within the specified period, adhering to the details outlined in this announcement. The candidacy period begins on July 22, 2024, and ends on August 20, 2024.

Policy and Criteria for Nomination:

1. Submit a request stating the intention to nominate oneself for the Company’s Board of Directors membership, including contact information.
2. Submit form No. (1) CV issued by the CMA in both Arabic and English, with all required data.
3. Submit a signed form No. (3) issued by the CMA, with all required data.
4. Attach clear and valid copies of the national ID card/passport for non-Saudis, family card (if applicable), and any other relevant documents required by the company.
