GACO Postpones General Assembly Meeting due to Necessary Quorum Lack

Al Gassim Investment Holding Company (GACO) announced on Monday that the Extraordinary General Assembly’s Meeting (the First and Second meeting) on Sunday July 28, 2024 has not been held due to the lack of the necessary quorum. Based on that, it was decided to postpone the General Assembly and call for a third meeting which will be determined and announced later after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.

The company will later call for the Extraordinary General Assembly (the Third Meeting) after determining its date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities, noting that the Third Meeting will be held, regardless of shares with voting rights represented therein.
