Elm Company announced on Sunday the opening of nominations for membership of the Board of Directors for the upcoming four-year term starting from November 25, 2024. The nomination process will adhere to the provisions of the Companies Law, Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, the Company’s Articles of Association, and the Company’s Nomination Policy and Standards for the Membership of the Board of Directors approved by the General Assembly.
Candidates will be elected at the next General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later.
The company stated on Tadawul today that nominations will open today, Sunday, and will continue until August 26, 2024.
