Dallah distributes SAR 48.79 million in cash dividends for Q1… on August 14

Dallah Healthcare Co. announced on Sunday that its board of director’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024, would be distributed at (0.50) riyals per share, which represents 5% of the nominal value of the share, with a total amount of 48.79 million riyals. On Wednesday, August 14, the eligibility date will be next Wednesday, July 31.

This comes with referring to Dallah Healthcare Company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website on 12/06/2024 regarding the board of director’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024 at the rate of 0.50 SAR per share, which represents 5% of the par value of the share amounting to SAR 48.794.782.50, the total number of Treasury shares not entitled to dividends at 91,601 shares until this date.
