Chemical Announces Opening of Nominations for Membership in BOD

Saudi Chemical Co. announced on Monday the opening of nominations for the upcoming membership of the company’s Board of Directors, starting from 01-01-2025 for a period of three years. Those who desire to participate and meet the conditions and criteria for membership must submit an application within the specified period and in accordance with the details contained in this announcement.

The Board of Directors for its upcoming session will be elected in the Shareholders General Assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approval from the competent authorities. The nomination period starts today, July 15, and ends on August 15, 2024.

Candidates must fulfill the conditions for candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors mentioned in the relevant laws and the Policy and Criteria for membership in the Board of Directors of the Saudi Chemical Holding Company, approved by the General Assembly. Candidates must complete the following requirements:

1- Commitment to the policies and criteria for membership in the Board of Directors for company approved by the General Assembly.

2- Submit a signed letter to the Nomination & Remuneration Committee indicating the candidate’s interest in being a Board member (Attached).

3- Submit form No (1) CV in issued by the CMA both Arabic and English language with full data required (Attached)

4- Submit a signed form No (3) issued by the CMA with full data required (Attached), This form can be obtained from the CMA website at the following link:

5- Attach a clear copy of valid national ID for individuals and family record and the residence number and passport for non-Saudi.
