Cenomi Centers to Deposit SAR 178.13 Million in Cash Dividends on July 18

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors will distribute cash dividends totaling SAR 178.13 million to 475 million shares for the period ending March 31, 2024. The distribution, amounting to SAR 0.375 per share and representing 3.75% of the book value per share, will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts on Thursday, July 18, 2024, via Saudi Awwal Bank.

Shareholders with bank accounts that do not accept direct transfers must visit any Saudi Awwal Bank branch with their National ID (for Saudis) or Iqama (for non-Saudis) to collect their dividends. Arabian Centres Co. urges shareholders to update their information and ensure their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios for seamless dividend receipt.

Non-resident foreign investors should note that dividends are subject to a 5% withholding tax, as per Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.

This announcement follows the company’s disclosure on the Tadawul website on July 1, 2024, regarding the Ordinary General Assembly’s approval of the Board’s recommendation to distribute the dividends. The entitlement is for shareholders registered in the Depository Center (Edaa) at the close of the second trading day following the assembly meeting held on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
