BATC Subsidiary Signs SAR 40 Million Contract with Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas

BATIC Co. announced on Sunday that AMNCO Facility Management Co., a subsidiary of BATIC, has signed a contract with Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment to provide specialized and qualified personnel, materials, and machines for facility management services (cleaning) across various locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The contract value exceeds SAR 40 million and spans a period of three years.

The contract covers facility management services for the following entertainment venues:

• VOX Cinema

• Yalla Bowling

• Magic Planet

• Dreamscape

• Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Head Office

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the financial impact of this contract will positively affect the company’s results throughout the contract period, with the benefits expected to be reflected from the date it becomes effective
