Baazeem Postpones Assembly’s Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum

Baazeem Trading Company announced on Monday the Non convening of its Extraordinary General Assembly’s Meeting (First Meeting and the Second Meeting) due to the lack of quorum for both meetings.As the first meeting got attendance of (%20.67) and the second meeting got attendance of (%22.39)

The company will later invite the third extraordinary general assembly meeting after setting its date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities, knowing that the third meeting will be held with the shareholders who attended.
