Atlas Elevators opens nominations for BOD membership for the next session

Atlas Elevators for General Trading and Contracting Company announced the opening of nominations for Board of Directors membership for the next session starting today until August 30, to elect five members.

According to the company, nominations for Board of Directors membership for the next session will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the policies, standards and procedures for membership in the Board of Directors.

It indicated that the members of the Board of Directors for the next session will be elected during the next General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities
