Tibbiyah names new CEO as current chief resigns

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (Tibbiyah) announced its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of CEO Eng. Alaa Ahmed Abdul Majeed Ameen for personal reasons, effective July 24, 2024.

The Board expressed its gratitude to Engineer Ameen for his efforts during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavors.

The Board has appointed Mr. Yasir Amin Mohammad Khattab as the new CEO, effective September 1, 2024.

Dr. Yasser brings over 32 years of experience in various medical sectors. Prior to joining Tibbiyah, he served as CEO of Tamer Healthcare and has over 16 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development with Boston Scientific, Schering Plough – MSD, Sandoz – Novartis, and GSK. Dr. Yasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Tanta, Egypt.
