Arabian Cement Distributes SAR 75 Million in Cash Dividends for H1

Arabian Cement Company announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 75 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2024, equivalent to 7.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares entitled to dividends reached 100 million shares, at 0.75 riyals per share, with distribution to be made on August 15, 2024.

The eligibility for dividends shall be for shareholders who own the shares on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, and those registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
