Amlak: Mohammed Alshaya Appointment as Audit Committee Chairman

Amlak International Finance Co. announced on Tuesday that it has obtained the Saudi Central Bank’s non-objection to appoint Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Alshaya as Chairman of the Audit Committee (independent), and Jameel bin Abdullah Almolhem as a member of the Committee (independent).

This was after the Board of Directors’ resolution issued on its meeting held on June 6, 2024, stipulating this appointment.

Alshaya holds a bachelor and master degree in accounting, and has experience over 34 years in the financial and banking sectors, and experience in auditing, inspection, and financial consulting. He’s also a member of boards and audit committees in several companies.

Jameel Almolhem holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Marketing from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. Almolhem has over 29 years of experience, through which he served in several leadership positions in addition to serving as a board member of multiple companies locally and internationally. Mr. Almolhem currently is the CEO of Sinad Holding Company.
