AlSagr Cooperative Insurance Begins Trading of Priority Rights and Subscription to New Shares Today

AlSagr Cooperative Insurance Company announced that the trading period for priority rights and the subscription period for new shares begin today, Tuesday. The trading period for priority rights will end on Tuesday, July 9, while the subscription period for new shares will end on July 14.

The company stated that eligible shareholders are those who owned shares at the end of the trading day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and whose names appear in the Company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the Extraordinary General Assembly held on June 26, 2024.

Investors who do not wish to subscribe are advised to sell their rights during the specified trading period to avoid a loss in the value of their investment portfolios from not benefiting from their rights through sale or subscription.
