“SAL” announces the start of e-voting on GA items

Saudi SAL Logistics Company announced the start of remote voting on the items on the agenda of the assembly meeting, which will continue until eight-thirty (20:30) in the evening on the date of the assembly on Thursday, June 27.

This comes with reference to the Saudi Sal Logistics Company’s announcement published on the Capital Market Company (Tadawul) website on 06-06-2024 AD regarding the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which is scheduled to be held at exactly eight o’clock (20:00) in the evening of On Thursday, 12-21-1445 AH, corresponding to 06-27-2024 AD, through modern technological means.
