The Saudi Industrial Exports Company announced the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (second meeting), which included the disapproval of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, as well as the company’s auditors’ report and the financial statements for the same period.
Additionally, the Assembly refrained from appointing the company’s auditor from among the candidates. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, which was to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of the fiscal year 2024, as well as the first quarter of 2025, and to determine the auditor’s fees.
