Najran Cement to Discuss Distributing Interim Dividends for 2024 on June 26

The Board of Directors of Najran Cement Company is pleased to invite shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled to be held at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. The agenda includes voting on authorizing the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends to shareholders on a semiannual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2024.

Online voting will start at 1:00 AM on Wednesday, June 22, 2024 and will continue until the end of the assembly.
