Lucid Motors CEO plans to produce Gravity car during 2024

Peter Rawlinson, CEO of luxury electric car maker Lucid Motors, said his company is “several years ahead of Tesla” in terms of its technology.

He added in an interview with Fox News, “Tesla was the technology leader, although Lucid has taken that mantle since then.”

This feature included a test drive of the Lucid Air car. During his interview, Rawlinson also touched on the Lucid Gravity SUV, the difficulties the company faces in the stock market, and its factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States, among other topics.

In response to a question about Lucid’s ranking compared to the two leading electric car companies Tesla and BYD, he stressed that Lucid is advanced in terms of technology, especially battery range and charging speed, in which it surpasses Tesla.

Regarding the Gravity car, Rawlinson announced its launch during the current year, but he refused to give a specific date, pointing out that it will be a better product than the Tesla Model.
