Kingdom Holding Appoints Chairman, Vice-Chairman of BoD

Kingdom Holding Company (the “Company”) announced the appointment of its Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors following the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Monday, June 3, 2024, corresponding to 26th Dhul Qadah 1445. The new Board session begins on June 5, 2024, and will run for three years, ending on June 4, 2027.

The Company’s Board of Directors made the following decisions on June 27, 2024, corresponding to 21 Dhul-Hijah 1445:

His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Lama Abdulaziz Al-Sulaiman as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
