This comes with reference to the company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website on May 15, 2024, which included an invitation to shareholders to participate and vote in the fourteenth ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held at 19:30 pm on Sunday, June 9, 2024, via modern technical means.
