FIPCO Assembly Approves Auditor’s Report for 2023

Filling and Packing Materials MFG. Co. (FIPCO) announced on Sunday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting No. 38 (second meeting).

Due to a lack of quorum for the first meeting, the second meeting was held one hour later with an attendance of 9.96% of the company’s total share capital.

During the meeting, the company approved the auditor’s report for the year 2023. Additionally, the board of directors’ report and financial statements for the same year were reviewed. The assembly also approved the appointment of Maham Professional (CPA) as the auditor of the company’s accounts.
