Farm Superstores Accepts BOD Recommendation Against Dividend Distribution for 2023
Saudi Marketing Company (Farm Superstores) shared on Monday with its shareholders the outcomes of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (First Meeting). With the legal quorum met, the assembly approved the Board of Directors’ suggestion to refrain from distributing dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.
