Equipment House shareholders approve FY 2023 auditor report

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. Board of Directors announced that its 4^th Ordinary General Assembly has approved the discharge of board members for 2023 and the payment of SAR 888.3 thousand in remuneration for the same year.

The assembly also reviewed and approved the board of directors’ report and the auditors’ report for 2023.
