Edarat Secures SAR 125.7 Million Contract for Sahayeb Data Center Support Services

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (EDARAT) announced on Sunday that it has been awarded a Letter of Award by Almoammar Information Systems Co. (a related party) for the provision of facility management support services at Sahayeb Data Centers.

According to a statement on Tadawul, the contract is valued at SAR 125.7 million, inclusive of VAT. Edarat will be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining the Sahayeb data center facilities in Riyadh and Dammam. The services are scheduled to commence in Q2 2024 and will continue through the end of 2025.
