This action follows the previous announcement by Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company, published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 15-5-2024, inviting esteemed shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled for 7:00 PM on 28-11-1445H, corresponding to 05-06-2024, utilizing modern technological means.
