Brazilian Minister of Energy: Saudi PIF will invest $15 billion in Brazil

Brazilian Energy Minister Alexander Silveira said that the Public Investment Fund intends to invest about $15 billion in Brazil.

According to the minister, the areas in which the fund will invest include green hydrogen, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

Last April, a joint project between the Public Investment Fund and Ma’aden completed the acquisition of 10% of the basic metals unit of the Brazilian mining company Vale.
