Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which included the approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the financial period ending December 31, 2023.
The Assembly also approved the business and contracts concluded between the company and other entities in which some members of the Board of Directors have an indirect interest. Additionally, the Assembly discharged the members of the Board of Directors for the year 2023 and approved a remuneration of SAR 2.4 million for them.
