Academy of Learning Secures Headquarters Rental in Dammam for SAR 55.8 Million

The Academy of Learning Company has announced its latest venture, securing a rental location for its new campus in Dammam’s Al-Fursan neighborhood on King Fahd Road. This site will house a women’s training institute for the next 15 years, with a total contract value of 55,875,000 Saudi riyals.

The contract entails an annual rental value and spans an area of 9,177 square meters, accommodating up to 2,700 female students. This establishment marks the fourth campus dedicated to female students in Dammam.

As disclosed on Tadawul, the contract’s value is structured with 2,937,500 Saudi riyals allocated for the first five years, followed by 3,725,000 Saudi riyals for the subsequent five years, and 4,512,500 Saudi riyals for the final five years.
