SGS Establishes Subsidiary for Travel Agency and Air Transport Services

Saudi Ground Services Company announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a new subsidiary, Ground Service Company for Travel and Tourism Services, as a 100% owned limited liability company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The subsidiary will have a share capital of 500,000 Saudi Riyals.

This decision follows the fulfillment of the requirements set by the relevant authorities and regulations for conducting activities such as travel agency operations and services related to air transportation, in accordance with the National Economic Activities Classification Guide, and after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.

This move aligns with the strategic direction of Saudi Ground Services Company, aiming for growth, business development, and revenue diversification.
