MBC Group Announces No Cash Dividends for 2023

MBC Group Co. announced on Thursday that the Board of Directors has recommended not distributing cash dividends for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023. The company explained on Tadawul that this decision aims to expand current and future operations, preserve liquidity, and strengthen the company’s financial position. The recommendation will be submitted for approval at the General Assembly meeting, which will be scheduled at a later date.
