GASCO Announces Start of Electronic Voting for General Assembly Meeting

The National Gas and Industrialization Company announced on Wednesday the start of electronic voting for the items on the agenda of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for 7:30 PM on Sunday, May 26, 2024. The meeting will be conducted through modern technological means using the Tadawulaty system.

Electronic voting will be available to registered shareholders on the Tadawulaty services website starting at 1:00 AM on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, and will remain open until the end of the extraordinary general assembly.
