GAS Agrees to Distribute SAR 47.2 Million in Cash Dividends for 2023
GAS Arabian Services Co. announces the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which was held on May 14, 2024.
Voting Results:
Approval of the recommendation to distribute dividends amounting to SAR 47.2 million (0.30 Riyals per share) to the shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023. These dividends will be disbursed starting Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
