Edarat Approves Appointment of Auditor to Review Annual Financial Statements

The Board of Directors of Edarat Communications and Information Technology Company (Edarat) announced on Monday the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting).

Approving the appointment of the company’s auditor (Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Bassam & Co.) from among the short listed companies based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, for total fees of 350,000 Saudi riyals, to audit the company’s annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2024 AD, in addition to review the interim financial statements for the second and third quarters of the fiscal year 2024 AD, and the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025 AD.
