Chairman of Audit Committee Resigns from Tihama

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Co. announced on Monday the resignation of Mr. Hatem Ali Bargash from his position as the member and chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Bargash submitted his resignation from the Audit Committee membership on 05/05/2024, citing personal reasons, while retaining his membership in the Board of Directors as an independent member. The Board accepted his resignation on the same day, 05/05/2024, with the condition that it takes effect from the date of the board’s decision.
