CATRION Catering Empowers BOD to Issue Interim Dividends for 2024

CATRION Catering Holding Company disclosed the outcomes of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (First Meeting) to its shareholders on Wednesday. The assembly granted authorization to the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends either quarterly or semi-annually throughout 2024. Additionally, Jawza Al-Rasheed was appointed as an independent board member to fulfill the current session, succeeding the resigned member, Sami Al-Hokair.

The assembly further endorsed the company’s collaborations and contracts with the Saudi Airlines General Organization. Moreover, it sanctioned the disbursement of 3.9 million riyals as a reward to the Board of Directors for their contributions throughout the year 2023
