Almarai Completes Acquisition of Etmam Logistics for 182 Million Riyals

Almarai Company announced on Sunday the completion of the acquisition of Etmam Logistics for a consideration of SAR 182 million. The company stated today on Tadawul that the transaction will enhance Almarai’s capabilities to serve its customers with an expanded range of frozen products across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This addition will boost Almarai’s Foodservice credentials by allowing broader product offering opportunities, accelerating poultry business growth, and expanding ice cream, bakery, and other frozen categories in the future. This follows Almarai Company’s previous announcement dated December 5, 2023.
