Al Hokair Group Signs MoU with Taibh Airports

Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development announced on Tuesday the signing of a (non-binding) memorandum of understanding with Tibah Airports Company, on the sidelines of the Future of Aviation Conference, which is being held in Riyadh.

The Company said that the Memorandum Subject aims to establish a framework for joint cooperation in the areas of providing catering, hotels, entertainment, food and beverage services at airports affiliated with Taibh Airports Company.

This memorandum of understanding remains in effect until (30 December 2024) This period may be renewed by agreement of the two parties.

This memorandum comes within the framework of the group’s strategy to diversify sources of income through strategic alliances and partnerships.
