Saudi stock market begins today, Sunday, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, and Tadawul had announced that the Eid al-Fitr holiday will begin at the end of trading on Thursday, April 4.

It was stated in a previous statement that trading will resume after the holiday on Sunday, April 14.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi stock index “TASI” ended the last sessions of the holy month of Ramadan at an increase of 83.20 points, or 0.66%, compared to the previous session and closed at 12,705.42 points.

On the other hand, the parallel market index “Nomu” ended Thursday’s session with gains of 176.35 points, or 0.68%, compared to the previous session, and closed at 26,239.03 points.

Liquidity in TASI in the last Ramadan sessions last Thursday amounted to about 8 billion riyals, and came through the trading of 270.9 million shares through the implementation of 521.2 thousand transactions.
