Saudi Cables Announces Resignation and New Appointment to Board of Directors

Saudi Cable Company announced on Sunday the resignation of Mr. Saleh bin Abdullah Alshatry, an independent member of the Board of Directors, effective from April 27, 2024, citing personal circumstances.

The Board of Directors has subsequently appointed Eng. Badran bin Homoud Albadran, also an independent member, to fill the vacancy on the Board, effective April 28, 2024. Eng. Badran Albadran holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and boasts over 21 years of experience in managing industrial companies, with expertise in planning, production, sales, and senior management roles.

The appointment of Eng. Badran Albadran will complete the current term of the Board, which concludes on April 3, 2027.

The Board of Directors extends its gratitude to Mr. Saleh bin Abdullah Alshatry and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
