Kingdom Holding approves increase in BOD membership to 9 members

Kingdom Holding Company announced to the shareholders of Kingdom Holding Company the result of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (the first meeting), convened on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 9:00 PM, facilitated through modern technology via Tadawulaty.

The voting results on the agenda items are as follows:

1. Approval of the amendment of the Company’s bylaws in accordance with the new Companies Law and rearranging the bylaws’ articles and their numbering in line with the proposed amendments.
2. Approval on the amendment of Article 17 of the Company’s bylaws relating to (the Composition of the Board of Directors) by increasing the number of members to the board of directors from 8 members to 9 members.
