• Voting on delegating the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a biannual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2024.

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty service will have the opportunity to electronically cast their votes on the General Assembly’s agenda. Electronic voting will commence on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 1:00 AM and will continue until the conclusion of the General Assembly meeting.
