Sure Appoints Riyad Capital as Financial Advisor for Transfer to Main Market

Sure Global Tech. Co. announced on Wednesday to its esteemed shareholders the appointment of Riyad Capital as a financial advisor. Riyad Capital will manage the company’s transfer from the parallel market to the main market, in accordance with the updated listing rules as per Capital Market Authority Board Resolution No. (1-108-2022) dated 19/10/2022.

The decision to move to the main market is contingent upon approval from the Saudi Stock Exchange and meeting all stipulated requirements outlined in the listing rules.
