SISCO to distribute SAR 32.5 mln in cash dividends for H2 of 2023

Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company “SISCO Holding” the “Company” announced on Tuesday the Board of Directors’ resolution, to distribute a cash dividend to the Company’s shareholders for the second half of the financial year 2023, with a total distributed amount of SAR 32.53 million, with the share of the distribution being SAR 0.4 per share, and at a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share. 4%.

The company said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 81.33 million shares, and as of the distribution date, dividend distribution date for eligible shareholders will begin April 18, 2024.

Eligibility for dividends will be on 25th March 2024, for the Company’s shareholders who own shares on the eligibility date and are registered in the Company’s share registry at the Securities Depository Center Company, at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
