Saudi Minister of Commerce assures rice abundance in local markets

Today, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce, chaired a Ministry of Commerce workshop with traders and importers of rice.

The Minister and the Ministry’s team followed the abundance in the local markets of rice of all types and products, and also discussed with representatives of the 20 largest companies in the sector, “with the participation of the Public Authority for Food Security, preparations for the holy month of Ramadan and the Hajj and Umrah seasons, and addressing all challenges related to supply chains and facilitating supply procedures.”
