Riyadh to host special meeting of the World Economic Forum next April

The World Economic Forum will hold its special meeting on April 28 and 29, 2024 in Riyadh under the title “International Cooperation, Growth, and Energy for Development.”

The Riyadh meeting will host more than 700 participants from around the world, including senior global stakeholders from governments, international organizations and business leaders from the forum’s partners, in addition to young global leaders, experts and innovators, to enhance cooperation in vital areas of development and help bridge the growing gap between Developed markets and emerging markets.

The meeting aims to promote comprehensive, action-oriented dialogue to help address the complex and interconnected challenges threatening the global economy, and work to advance inclusive economic development and sustainable energy transition, along with achieving equitable technical progress around the world. The program will also focus on international cooperation, inclusive growth, and energy for development.
